Who wants a boring office? Not me! I thought I’d share my ever growing wish list of office products to make my office even more modern, creative and organized.

  1. This Areaware beechwood iPhone dock also doubles as a charging station. When your iPhone is in idle mode, you can set it to clock display. I love that it looks like a mid-century alarm clock (minus the dials and buttons). It also comes in resin in a variety of colors such as red, orange, green, blue. $28.50+
  2. Ikea KVISSLE letter tray Pull-out compartments make it easy for you to access your papers. The compartments have cork liner to keeps papers in place. This is an upgrade to the old metal ones of yesteryear. $19.99
  3. Ikea KVISSLE wall magazine rack  I would use this to organize my many magazines/ papers. Made of steel with an epoxy/polyester powder coating.  $14.99
  4. 3D deer puzzle “buck” by cardboard safari 100% peta approved laser-cut cardboard deer puzzle. Also comes in other animal shapes. My colleague, Ryan, has one of these in his office and I think it ups his credibility as a super cool creative. $16.00
  5. Ikea SKRIBENT Book-end These solve the problem of ugly bookends or ones that take up too much space. Solid birch with clear acrylic lacquer. $4.99
  6. Blomus Akto Tape Dispenser Ridiculously expensive tape dispenser, but still super cool. Stainless steel. $61.19

    1. Though I want a deer head for my office, I think the animals would also make great additions to children’s rooms and classrooms. Where would you put one?

    1. I’m jealous Steve. I do not have an Ikea in town so it takes a special day trip for me to go shopping there. Otherwise, the Ikea pieces wouldn’t be on my wish list but would be in my office!
