My super creative friend, Julie, planned this very special princess party for her daughter, Bella Butterfly’s, 5th birthday. Inspired by things her daughter loves and with a lot of prep work, she whipped up a sweet, one-of-a kind party.

As the guests arrived, each donned a princess dress-up dress and colorful party hat. Then special arts and crafts projects commenced. They created their own beaded necklaces and decorated their own purses with stickers to take home. For treats, they ate delicious goodies such as butterfly shaped peanut butter and jelly finger sandwiches and the cutest hello kitty cupcakes, while drinking fruity fizzy drinks. The girls loved being dressed up and loved playing with all their accessories!

Hope these whimsical ideas (themed cupcakes, shaped sandwiches, custom-made party hats, and custom-made take-home crafts) inspire you when you plan your next children’s party.
